Chemistry:
Manufactured via EAF steel making route, fully killed, vacuum degassed, with fine grain practice and calcium treatment.

• CEQ: 0.42% max up to 50 mm thickness, 0.43% above 50 mm.
• S: 0.002% max; P: 0.010% max; Nb: 0.15% max; V: 0.010% max; O: 0.0025%, B: 0.0005%.
• Enhanced in-service resistance with segregation mitigation during casting and deep oxidation to minimize inclusions, shape-controlled with Ca treatment.

Mechanical Properties:
Mechanical tests are conducted after 3 cycles of simulated Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) at 610°C for 1 hour per 25 mm thickness.

• Charpy Impact Test: -51°C for thicknesses ≤25mm (20J/16J) & -46°C for thicknesses ≤25mm (41J/34J up to 50mm and 27J/20J above).

HIC & SSC Testing:

• Resistant to SSC per NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-2 and NACE MR0103 (hardness ≤22 HRC / 250 HV10).
• HIC Testing after 3 cycles of simulated PWHT at 610°C for 1 hour per 25mm, according to NACE TM 0284-2016 Solution A for all plate thicknesses.
• Guarantee of max CLR 5%, CTR 1.5%, CSR 0.5% across each specimen and sample, with a max crack length of 5 mm on each section.
• ASTM E1268 micro examination for every HIC-tested plate.
